OUTMANEUVERING MIGRAINES BY MARK ANTHONY THE PSYCHIC LAWYER®/PSYCHIC EXPLORER

Do you suffer from migraines? If so, there is hope!

It is estimated that 13% of the U.S. population suffer from migraines. This is over 37 million people! A migraine is more than just a headache, it is a debilitating condition which causes people to miss work, school and family activities. Migraines drain you emotionally, physically, spiritually and financially.

I am not a doctor, however my work as personal injury attorney, psychic medium and medical intuitive involves healing. This has led me to discovering a treatment which can “outmaneuver” migraines.

In my personal injury law practice, my focus was head injury litigation, which required the study of the human brain and neurology. In my work as a psychic medium medical information is often transmitted to me during communication with spirits.

Drawing upon my background in anatomy and physiology combined with what has been conveyed to me from spirits about migraines, I was guided to conduct additional research which led me to the data bases of the Mayo Clinic and the National Headache Foundation. While the consensus among the medical profession is that there no cure for migraines, there is treatment which does not involve the use of drugs which may reduce the frequency and intensity of migraines.

Migraines are caused by a serotonin surge which is a hormone produced by the pituitary gland in the brain. This serotonin surge is triggered by the chemical tyramine which is found in many foods, and ones that for the most part are good for you. Unfortunately, they are NOT good for migraine sufferers. There may not be a cure for migraines, but there is a way to outmaneuver them.

AVOID ALL: nuts, seeds, red skinned fruits, berries, bananas, pineapple, coconut, avocado, aged cheeses, processed meats (bacon, cold cuts, etc.) and anything with vinegar (pickles, olives, ketchup, mustard).

“What give up bacon? No way!”

Ask yourself this, “Is the 30 seconds of enjoyment you get from eating these foods more important than the 48 hours of excruciating head pain, sound sensitivity, loss of vision, loss of income and loss of enjoyment of life?”

Migraines are not only painful, they are dangerous. People who get migraines run an increased risk of getting strokes. So preventing a migraine may help ward off getting a stroke.

Sure, you have to give up some of the foods you like, but a little discipline goes a long way, especially when it comes to your health. Since migraines are caused by a seratonin surge in your brain, the logical approach is to stabilize the seratonin levels.

To stabilize the serotonin levels in your brain take these supplements at least one time per day:

Ginger

CoQ10

Vitamin B2

Feverfew

Turmeric

Peppermint

Magnesium

Butterbur Extract is the most important supplement to take, however the other supplements work in tandem with the Butterbur Extract so do not neglect taking them.

For 30 days take the Butterbur Extract 3 times daily. After 30 days you can reduce the dosage to 2 times per day. The company Petadolex has, in my opinion, the best butterbur extraction process. It is cheapest to order it through Amazon. Health food stores will charge $40-50 per bottle, but you can get it on Amazon for $20-25 per bottle.

My material world research is based on findings from Mayo Clinic and the National Headache Foundation. Just because current medical technology says there is no cure for a migraine, this doesn’t mean you can’t manuever around the cause of migraines and avoid enduring one. This approach may reduce the frequency and intensity of migraines, and reduce your chances of suffering from a stroke.

As Hippocrates, the father of medicine said in 431 B.C. “Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food.”
